The festival kicks off at 5 p.m. Friday, May 10 at Central Park, 1500 S. Main St. in Broken Arrow. Festival hours will be 5 to 11 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
“It is important to us to talk with as many people as we can during these events,” said Doak. “We hope that festival-goers will take this chance to stop by the booth and let us answer any questions we can about their insurance needs.”
OID participates in approximately 40 outreach events each month. Other events include Senior Fraud Conferences, Workers’ Compensation Forums and the Oklahoma and Tulsa State Fairs. Consumers can also call the Consumer Assistance Division at 800-522-0071 or visit www.ok.gov/oid.
